Our first plan was to hire someone for the admin work. With Nance we hired more senior instead: someone who can actually help with transfer pricing and modelling.

The math vs hiring

Before you compare Nance to other software, compare it to the cost of getting the work done the other way.

Without Nance

Hiring another finance person

  • €6–8k/month fully loaded for a junior admin
  • Weeks of hiring, onboarding, and training
  • Goes on holiday, gets sick, eventually moves on
  • Processes live in someone’s head: institutional risk
  • Scaling up means repeating the cycle

With Nance

Hiring Nance

  • One subscription covers the admin layer
  • Live in days, not weeks, on your existing systems
  • Runs 24/7: no holidays, no sick days, no turnover
  • Every action logged; the workflow is the process
  • Scale up with a plan change, not a new hire

Common questions

How capacity-based pricing works.

Every tier includes all of Nance’s capabilities. The only difference is how many hours per month Nance works for you. On demand gets ~33 hours (~1 day/week), Part-time ~100 hours (~3 days/week), and Full-time ~160 hours (a full work week). Enterprise scales beyond a single FTE.

We notify you when you are approaching your limit. You can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately. If you only need a little extra one month, you can buy overtime hours on top of your plan. Your overtime balance rolls over to the next month; your subscription capacity does not.

Yes. CFO-level analysis, scenario planning, and strategic reporting are available on every tier. Senior work uses more capacity per task, but there’s no feature gate.

Unlimited workflows, all integrations (ERP, inbox, bank feeds, file store, and more), dedicated Slack channel, implementation support, and a standard data processing agreement.
