Frequently asked questions
Which tools does Nance work with?
Nance works with Exact Online, Twinfield, Moneybird, Xero, Mollie, Stripe, Adyen, Shopify, HubSpot, Attio, Ramp, Brex, Expensify, Navan, Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Notion, Asana, Todoist, monday.com, Granola, Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp and 1Password, plus anything that exposes a REST API or webhooks.
How does Nance connect to my accounting system?
Through the official API of your accounting package, with its own user account and scoped permissions. Nothing to install, access is revocable at any time, and every action is logged.
Do I need to migrate or replace anything?
No. Your systems stay exactly where they are and remain the source of truth. Nance works inside your existing stack and does the work between the tools.
Can I request an integration?
Yes. Most systems are reachable today through their API or webhooks, so the honest answer is usually that it already works. Tell us what you run and we will tell you what is possible.
How is access controlled?
Per connection you decide what Nance may read and what it may write. Approval rules apply to actions, and the full audit trail shows what was done and why.
